All individuals are required to present photo identification (ID card or driver's license) at check-in.

By determination of Federal Law No. 8,069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian.

If the minor is not accompanied by their parents or guardian, it will be necessary to present, at check-in, a written authorization for the minor's stay, signed by the parents, with signatures authenticated by a notary public.

Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at the time of check-in, an official photo identification document that proves their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents.

According to Article 2 of Law No. 5.553/68, the hotel may make a photocopy of the data from the minors' documents, then returning the document to the exhibitor.

Accommodation for foreign minors must comply with the same guidelines above and follow the laws in force.

*Check-out until 11:00 AM.

* Park GAV Resorts is a timeshare development; please be advised that during your stay, you may need to change your room, depending on the availability of the originally reserved unit. If a change occurs, you will be notified at check-in, and all instructions will be provided by the reception staff.

Early check-in will be charged half the daily rate, subject to room availability at the time of check-in.

*Late check-out will be charged at half the daily rate until 4:00 PM; after 4:00 PM, the full daily rate will be charged, subject to apartment availability at the time of check-out.

*Included in the Daily Rate or Package: breakfast and one parking space.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

*Rotating parking. If more spaces are needed, subject to availability, please inquire directly at check-in at a cost of R$ 25.00 + 5% tax per day/per vehicle.

Children's Policy:

* Complimentary accommodation for children aged 0 to 11 years (subject to apartment capacity).

* Children aged 0 to 5 eat breakfast free, and children aged 6 to 11 are charged 50% of the breakfast price.

* For ages 12 and up, adult-priced accommodation and breakfast will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations without payment will be guaranteed until 10 PM; after this time, they are subject to availability at check-in.

Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10:00 AM on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation requests for reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email up to 14 days before the check-in date.

Upon arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the total value of the reservation period will be charged.

The credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted if the applicant cancels within the deadlines stipulated above.

We do not accept checks or American Express cards.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1) 220V voltage throughout the establishment.

2) Residents or guests may not use sound equipment at high volume in common areas and apartments, thus respecting good relations among all, including the noise ordinance after 10 pm.

3) It is expressly forbidden to bring and consume food and drinks in the social areas and pools that were not purchased at the resort's points of sale, as well as to hold parties and gatherings.

4) The resident or guest must always inform reception about the arrival or departure of any person who is accompanying them on the premises.

5) If any item in the apartment is damaged, such as linens, dishes, and other equipment, the condominium owner's guest or roommate will be charged the replacement cost of the damaged item at check-out.

6) Park GAV Resorts is not responsible for items lost or left behind on its premises.

7) Park GAV Resorts is 100% non-smoking in accordance with Law No. 12.546/2011, and failure to comply will result in a fine equivalent to the current daily rate.

8) Domestic animals (small dogs up to 10 kg) are allowed on the Dog Care premises, subject to daily rates specified by the Salinas Pet service provider (outsourced service). 9) If you choose to bring your dog to the apartment, please check the rules and conditions below:

We only accept small dogs (up to 10kg each) in the apartment, up to 2 (two) dogs allowed. We do not accept cats or other types of animals in the apartment.

A cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged for the duration of your stay (provided you remain in the same apartment. If you change apartments, a separate fee will be charged).

The grooming fee includes 1 (one) express bath for 1 (one) of the dogs. The bath voucher will be given at check-in after payment of the fee.

Any damage caused by the animal on the apartment or resort premises will be the responsibility of the resident or guest, and the corresponding amount for the damage will be charged at check-out.

Dogs are allowed in social areas and parking areas, but only when carried in your lap. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or food and beverage sales areas.
